Experienced Tax Professional
DMLO CPAs is seeking an Experienced Tax Professional to join our Louisville, KY office.
We are looking for candidates who are available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
As an Experienced Tax Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of complex fiduciary, trust and estate tax returns.
- Conducting detailed reviews on a variety of tax returns and raising potential tax issues.
- Completing tax planning for clients.
- Performing research on technical accounting and tax issues.
- Mentoring staff, offering guidance and direction.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client matters.
- Performing other accounting and tax duties as needed.
Education, experience, and skills we’re looking for:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a public accounting firm including preparation and/or review of fiduciary, trust and estate tax returns.
- CPA license preferred, but not required.
- Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles and tax.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organization skills.
- Integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities well.
- Team focus.
- Positive attitude.
