Administrative Associate

DMLO is looking for a full-time Administrative Associate with excellent customer service skills to join our New Albany, IN office. 

This candidate must be dependable and flexible/adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

As an Administrative Associate your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing/Assembling tax returns of varying complexity
  • Typing, formatting, and processing general correspondence
  • General office support duties (coffee, mail, etc.)
  • General clerical support for all tax, audit, and special projects
  • Acting as backup for the Receptionist
  • Performing other administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Education, experience, and skills we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma required
  • Generally requires some office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
