Doug has over 20 years of experience practicing public accounting, serving businesses and families of Southern Indiana and the Louisville, Kentucky metro area. His passion is helping his clients through the complexity of the tax code and compliance in federal and state agencies, succession planning, and designing financial systems for proper reporting. He especially enjoys working with the construction and transportation industries.
Education and Certifications
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an Associates of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University, and is licensed to practice as a CPA. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Professional Memberships and Activities
Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Doug serves on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair for First Savings Financial Group. He also serves on the One Southern Indiana Advocacy Committee and the Greater Louisville Inc. Bi-State / Advocacy Committee. He is past Board President of the Harrison County Chamber and past Board Member of Economic Development of Harrison County.
